By purchasing the Execution Leak Diagnostic, you agree to these terms:

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

This includes:

- Access to a 12-question assessment
- Personalized report identifying your primary execution leak
- Customized 3-step fix plan
- Cost analysis of your specific leak
- 14 days of email support for implementation questions
- Report delivery within 24-48 hours of assessment completion

2. REFUND POLICY

This is custom consulting work. Once you complete the assessment and I begin preparing your personalized report, the work has been performed and all sales are final.

However, if you finish your purchase and choose not to take the assessment, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours as long as you have not started the assessment..

Once the assessment is submitted, no refunds will be provided, as I will have invested time in creating your customized analysis and fix plan.

3. ASSESSMENT COMPLETION

You will receive an email with a link to access your assessment immediately after purchase. The assessment remains accessible for 30 days. If you do not complete the assessment within 30 days, you forfeit your right to receive the personalized report, and no refund will be provided.

4. REPORT DELIVERY

Your personalized report will be delivered via email within 24-48 hours after you submit your completed assessment. Delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

5. EMAIL SUPPORT

You receive 14 days of email support beginning from the date your personalized report is delivered. Email support is limited to questions about implementing the recommendations in your report. Response time is within 24 business hours. Email support does not include custom consulting work beyond clarifying your report content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the assessment, report, and fix plan is proprietary and owned by Fortune 500 Business Consulting DBA Fast Growth Solutions LLC. You may use the report and recommendations internally within your organization but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any portion of the materials without written permission.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While the diagnostic is based on 30+ years of Fortune 500 consulting experience and proven methodologies, results vary based on organizational complexity, leadership commitment, and implementation quality. No specific business outcomes are guaranteed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This diagnostic provides analysis and recommendations. Implementation is your responsibility. I am not liable for any business losses, project failures, or organizational challenges that occur during or after implementation of the recommendations. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the diagnostic ($297).

9. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE
